Mr Bannock makes the best Indian Tacos! He always has a delicious twist to Indigineous Cuisine. But it doesn't just stop there. . . Try his Juniper Berry dry rub pulled pork or Bison Burgers! Absolutely yummy! Paul (Mr Bannock) is always smiling and happy. He has a great team who love cooking and it shows in his food.

Yesterday afternoon I left straight from work in the hope of trying Mr. Bannock for my first time. Winded from my trip across town, I arrived at east side studios just in time — I was hungry! Not only was my hunger on time, so was Fate. Just as I began my decent down the hill towards their big red truck, their big red truck began its ascent towards me! They stopped half way up the hill, opened their window, and said hi! I explained myself, and they offered up one last meal to me! Though they had already sold out of most of their selection, they still had bannock topped with chicken, coleslaw, and fried jalapeños! So delicious and filling! I’ll be back again and encourage you to seek them out as well! Outstanding!

What a cool experience Mr. Bannock had to offer, and the food was delicious. Customer service was on point, super friendly. So happy that I made it out to eat there pulled pork bannock. Would definitely recommend this food truck! Hope to eat there again soon!

Had the burger and the bannock was cold, tough, super greasy, and my burger patty was burnt to a crisp. The best part was the coleslaw with cranberries.

Excellent service, quality, pricing, and the food was unforgettable. The BCFN Gaming Revenue Sharing LP hired Paul for a board meeting we had and the feedback was that it was the best part of the day! We had everyone fighting over the leftovers. Definitely will be utilizing Paul and his services regularly, and highly recommend you add him to the top of your vendors list.

I was so excited to finally get to try bannock and this food truck for the first time. Tried a plain bannock and a cinnamon bannock, both were crazy crazy good. Texture and flavour super addictive, watch out everyone...I wish I had got a plain one to go as well! I had just finished lunch but the bannock beef taco looked so amazing I had to get one of those too - no regrets at all. Incredible food from some of the nicest people I met at the Richmond World Festival. Keep up the great work guys!
